Shipping Policy:
All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer for all orders. Any exceptions where the weight of the order is beyond the normal standards imposed by the courier companies, bulk freight transport charges will be quoted to the customer for each order. Furniture orders will need to be shipped by truck and quoted for transport rates, unless the item is small enough to be shipped by courier.
Returns Policy:
All non defective products can be returned within 20 business days from the date on the invoice. All items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging. CompatibleTonerGroup.com does not take back any opened software, or any batteries, or pens and pencils or any imaging supplies (printer, copier, fax) in any condition. All returns must be approved by our returns department and assigned a return authorization number. All products being returned are shipped at the customers expense. Any returns sent back to Generic Cartridges that do not follow the above criteria will be refused or sent back. There is a 20% restocking charge for any returns, (some suppliers charge flat direct return fees, you will be advised when such fees are going to be applicable with you return authorization request)
Defective products must be claimed within 30 days of the invoice date, return shipping will be covered by CompatibleTonerGroup.com or their suppliers. Defective returns must be approved by CompatibleTonerGroup.com and customers must obtain a return authorization number. Test prints may be required on printing material returns and some technical verification will be offered to avoid any misdiagnosis of defective printing materials. Defective returns will not be accepted unless they have a return authorization number
